What materials are used for Gioia Wall Art prints?
We use premium 230gsm matte archival paper and high-quality cotton blend canvases. All prints are produced using fade-resistant pigment inks to ensure your artwork remains vibrant for years to come.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer framed artwork or just prints?
We offer both! You can choose 'Print Only' for DIY framing, or select from our range of professional framing options including solid wood frames in black, white, and oak finishes.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your art. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
How are the artworks packaged for shipping?
Unframed prints are rolled in heavy-duty mailing tubes. Framed artworks are protected with corner guards and wrapped in bubble wrap before being placed into custom-fit, double-walled corrugated boxes.
Can I request a custom size or design?
